Academics
CIPLC’s mission of “inspiring students to develop a lifelong passion for learning and social responsibility while teaching critical thinking and effective communication skills,” along with AERO standards and the Advanced Placement curriculum, provide the foundation for our academic program. The curriculum is inspired by the best in American and international education and is designed to foster academic excellence, creativity, and global awareness. Small student-teacher ratios assure opportunity for individualized instruction.
Our academics are shaped by our dedicated and experienced faculty with the support of the parent community. An intimate and dynamic school community nurtures our students’ love for learning. From the Pre-School to the High School classroom, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and compassion highly influence our curriculum.
CIPLC follows an American curriculum that is fully accredited for over 25 years by Cognia/AdvancED/SACS, with the goal of preparing students for entrance into U.S. and international colleges and universities. All academic courses at CIPLC are taught with college preparation in mind. In addition, the Advanced Placement (AP) Program allows high school students to pursue college level coursework, show academic achievement, and possibly earn college credit for U.S. universities. CIPLC offers the following AP courses: English Literature, Spanish Literature, Spanish Language, pre-Calculus, and other exams on an individualized basis.
