Early Childhood Teachers
Lody Abou Saad has been part of the CIPLC family since 2012. She has a university degree in Education from the Lebanese University Faculty of Pedagogy since 2004. She had two years of Early Childhood teaching experience in Lebanon before she got married and moved to Venezuela in 2006. She received a master’s degree in 2017 from the State University of New York. She always looks forward to growing professionally in her career and to keep herself updated! She is the mom of two boys, who are part of the CIPLC community, too! She loves to spend fun time with her family and to cook, read, listen to music, and go shopping in her free time!

Alicia was born and raised in Lecheria. She studied English for three years and received her certification at IUTSO. She has been teaching and working with kids since 2010 when she started as English teacher for pre-School, pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten at a Venezuelan early childhood education center. She loves to work with preschoolers as a teacher aide. Alicia likes to read, travel, and listen to music, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.

Born and raised in Lechería, Miss Mavie is a dedicated educator with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from IUNE-Maracaibo. Her passion for working with young children is evident in her years of experience with after-school programs, English institutes, and babysitting. A year in Trinidad and Tobago enriched her language skills and broadened her cultural perspective. At CIPLC, she has successfully transitioned from a First-Grade assistant to a creative Kindergarten Teacher. Outside of school, Miss Mavie is a Disney and romantic comedy enthusiast who loves reading, coloring, traveling, and solving puzzles.

Miss Sylenna Rodriguez was born in Lecheria and lived most of her life in Barcelona. She studied languages at the “Instituto Universitario de Tecnología Superior de Oriente (IUTSO)” and started to work as a teacher at the age of 19, teaching kids all the way from 1st to 6th grade but her real love is to work with Kindergarten. She loves to observe and be part of the learning process and growth of the kids. She is proud to work at CIPLC and be a Gecko! During her free time she enjoys cooking, writing, outdoor activities, and going out with friends and family.
